Why List Your Home with Tournament Housing?
Tournament Housing is the trusted source for short-term rentals during Masters Week, connecting homeowners with visitors looking for premium accommodations close to Augusta National. We’ve helped thousands of homeowners successfully rent their properties — whether it’s a cozy home near downtown or a sprawling estate with a pool and outdoor kitchen.
If you’ve got space to share, we make it easy to get started.
How to List Your Home
Listing your home is a straightforward process. Here’s how to get started:
1. Visit the Registration Page
Go to our List Your Home page. If you already have a homeowner account with us, login. If not, register with us. The sign-up process is quick and easy. From there, you’ll be prompted to enter basic details about your property.
2. Fill Out the Homeowner Form
Provide essential information like:
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Maximum occupancy
- Distance to Augusta National Golf Club
- Any special amenities (pool, media room, chef’s kitchen, etc.)
3. Upload High-Quality Photos
Photos are one of the most important aspects of your listing — more on that below!
4. Set Your Rental Preferences
You can indicate your preferred rental rate, availability window, and any house rules or requirements.
5. Submit for Review
Once your form is complete and photos are uploaded, you will be required to pay a $50 registration fee. Our team will then review your submission and be in touch with next steps. We handle marketing, renter coordination, and support throughout the process. If you choose to make this an annual arrangement, you will still need to review and approve your listing every year.
The Three Keys to a Successful Listing
If you want to maximize your home’s visibility and appeal to Masters guests, it’s not just about location — presentation matters. Here’s how to make your listing stand out.
1. Great Photos Sell
In the world of short-term rentals, photos can make or break your booking. High-resolution, well-lit images showcase the beauty and functionality of your home. Here are a few tips:
- Use natural light whenever possible
- Include wide shots of every room, especially living spaces and the kitchen
- Highlight amenities (a grill, hot tub, pool, theater room, etc.)
- Clean and declutter before shooting
- Consider hiring a local real estate photographer
Homes with strong visuals tend to rent faster and often command a higher price. Remember, guests are comparing listings online — make sure yours tells a great visual story.
2. Showcase Your Amenities
Masters guests aren’t just looking for a place to sleep — they’re looking for an experience. Think about what sets your home apart and be sure to highlight those features. Examples include:
- Outdoor seating areas or patios
- Entertainment systems and smart TVs
- Game rooms, bars, or theater rooms
- Chef’s kitchens and wine coolers
- Proximity to dining, downtown Augusta, or golf courses
Include these details in your listing description and make sure they’re front and center in your photos.
3. Start Early for Better Results
The best time to list? Now.
Early listings get more exposure, more inquiries, and are more likely to attract high-quality renters. Many Masters patrons plan their trips months in advance — some even begin the year before — and they’re eager to lock in accommodations with plenty of time to spare.
By registering your home early, you:
- Get priority placement in rental searches
- Have time to update photos or make small upgrades
- Beat the rush of last-minute listings
- Attract renters with flexible arrival/departure needs
Don’t wait until the winter to get started — list your home today and give yourself the best shot at a successful Masters Week rental.
