Be sure to include hard copies of current color photos as well as a photo CD containing:
shots of the exterior of your home
shots of all rooms in your home
shots of all outside entertaining areas
Good photos help us find the right guests for your home, let guests take a virtual tour of your home and help us establish appropriate rental fees.
Rental fees are based on the size and location of your property, its décor and furnishings and amenities such as pools, hot tubs and billiards tables.
